What is Gentry?
Gentry is a form of budget Standard, easily available for everyone and perfect if you enjoy constantly brewing new decks. You build a deck of at least 60 cards and a Sideboard with a maximum of 15 cards. The Maindeck and the Sideboard may together contain a maximum of 4 Rares/Mythic Rares which all must also be unique, a maximum of 15 Uncommons and the remaining cards must be Commons.
All cards must be legal in the Standard format, which at the time contains all the cards from “Innistrad: Midnight Hunt”, “Innistrad: Crimson Vow”, “Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty”, “Streets of New Capenna”, “Dominaria United”, “The Brothers’ War”, “Phyrexia: All Will Be One”, "March of the Machine", "March of the Machine: The Aftermath", "Wilds of Eldraine", "Lost Caverns of Ixalan", "Murders at Karlov Manor" and "Outlaws at Thunder Junction".
Gentry also follows the Standard banlist, which means that “The Meathook Massacre”, "Fable of the Mirror-Breaker", "Invoke Despair" and "Reckoner Bankbuster" are not legal to play with.
For paper printouts generated for this tournament, participants' names will be displayed using their full real names, irrespective of their profile's name display settings. This specification applies solely to printed materials.
