For paper printouts generated for this tournament, participants' names will be displayed using their full real names, irrespective of their profile's name display settings. This specification applies solely to printed materials.

All players are expected to abide by Wizards of the Coast Code of Conduct: Code of Conduct

All players are required to submit a Sealed pool on mtgmelee by: 11am CST NO EXCEPTIONS failure to submit a sealed pool will disqualify and automatically drop you from the event!

Tables will be assigned before a round starts, you MUST BE AT YOUR ASSIGNED TABLE TO PLAY, failing to be at the correct table may result in match loss OR drop from event.

No intentional draws

There will be a set number of rounds as sealed swiss with a cut to top 8 draft (This is based on the amount of sign ups and decklists)

At the beggining of each round there is 5 minutes before the timer starts to be seated and start playing. After the timer starts its 5 minutes a game loss, 10 minutes match loss for anyone not checked in and playing.

8am: Store doors will open (Come early and play command, trade, hang out!)

9am: On-site registration and check in will begin.

10am: Deckbuilding will begin at 10am sharp, players will have 50 minutes to build their deck and submit their pools.

11am: Round 1 begins, if you do not have a valid pool submitted at this time you WILL BE DROPPED AT THIS TIME. Each Round will be 50 minutes long.

12pm: Round 2 begins.

1pm: Round 3 begins.

2pm: 1 hour lunch break.

3pm: Round 4 begins.

4pm: Round 5 begins.

5pm: Top 8 Draft begins.

6pm: (tentatively): Draft Deckbuilding

7pm: Top 8 round 1 (top 8 will be single elimination)

8pm: Top 8 Semifinals

9pm: Top 8 Finals

10pm: Prize handout

The organizer has agreed to pay out prizes immediately after the tournament has ended.

Prize packs will be based on number of attendees, players will recieve their choice of draft or set boosters of anything we have in stock. Breakdown of prize packs will be as follows:

1st: 40%

2nd: 20%

3rd-4th: 10%

5th-8th: 5%

In addition the first 32 registered attendees will recieve a limited edition promo card, 2nd-8th will receive a unique limited edition promo, and first place will receive a foil limited edition promo as well as an invite to the Dreamhack Regional in Atlanta!
