If you still haven’t communicated with an admin or your opponent 10 minutes after the round starts then you will receive a match loss.
Once your match has ended, ensure that you take screenshots of your match result showing both players’ names. If there are any discrepancies in the match results, an admin may ask you for this as proof of your result. Then submit the match results in your Player Controller.
In case there is an issue with your match, use the “Contact Tournament Staff” feature to select your issue and submit your ticket. The TGS staff will be in contact with you as quickly as possible.
