Make sure deck type is set as TRADITIONAL HISTORIC in Arena. There's a known bug that will cause players to be unable to access sideboards if deck type is not set as TRADITIONAL HISTORIC.
3 Rounds of swiss with a cut to top 8. 3 Rounds of swiss with a cut to top 4 if less than 16 players
People who no show in 10 minutes or are disconnected or otherwise unable to join the tournament will be removed (counted as a concede)
